Sioux Central Community: we need your help! The Junior Class is hosting a Haunted House with elementary games on Saturday, October 25. We hope to also have a community and/or family-sponsored TRUNK-OR-TREAT for the students in our community! Fire Prevention Week brought plenty of smiles and sirens! Our PK–5th graders met the Sioux Rapids Fire Department, learned about fire safety, and even got a high-five from their favorite dalmatian friend. Mrs. Erpelding's Child Development 2 class is excited to partner with Sioux Central Daycare through the C4 grant (Early Childhood Credentials Program, Program Area: Child Care & Career Technical Education Partnerships)! This opportunity supports our students as they work toward earning their CDA (Child Development Associate). Students spend three days a week at the daycare gaining hands-on experience and complete required training on campus when they are not there. We’re so grateful for this partnership and we love all our new daycare friends! 💛👶📚
