Lydia Thams, head chef, designed the last meal for the Delish Central this season by stepping up the traditional taco and making an utterly savory Mexican beef Birra Taco. Her guests also enjoyed spanish rice as a side and Sopapilla Cheesecake Bars for dessert!
Every 15 min a fatality occurs due to impaired driving. Students were able to experience the effects as well by being pulled from classes to signify the reality of lives lost statistically.

As Teacher Appreciation Week comes to a close, we want to express our gratitude to the staff who support our #SiouxCentral students. Elementary Track and Field Day will be May 18th with a rain day of May 19th.
TK-2nd grade events will run from 8:45-10:45 a.m. and 3rd-5th grade events will run from 12:30-2:30 p.m. We are inviting parents to eat lunch with their kiddos (TK-2 grade 11:00-11:30 and 3-5 from 11:30-12:00). We are having a picnic outside with the concession stand being the serving line. Any parent who plans to come for lunch, please RSVP to cehlers@siouxcentral.org by noon Monday, May 16, 2022. The end of the school year is near!!
