We are thrilled to share a sneak peek of an exciting new project that is set to get underway in late spring of 2025. This project promises to bring incredible updates and improvements to our school, and I can't wait to see it all come together! I know many of our students are just as eager as I am.
The video highlights several key features of the project, including:
A new fine arts space
A slight remodel of the commons
The addition of a new concession stand area
The renovation of our amazing Agricultural classroom
The creation of a stunning new auditorium
We hope you are just as excited about these developments after watching the video as we are. Sioux Central is moving forward, and I couldn’t be more excited about what’s to come.

Important information for today's home Cross Country meet at the Little Sioux Golf course. There will be NO spectator parking at the golf course. Spectators will park in Sioux Rapids at the city park on Park St and ride a shuttle up to the the golf course. Please plan accordingly.

Today a student’s goal to play a game of football came true! A group of football players took time out of their day to play a game of football with a fellow classmate. Carter, who is unable to play tackle football due to his disability and health, was able to meet this goal before finishing high school. The acceptance, inclusion and genuine friendships at Sioux Central are what makes this district remarkable.

Happy Homecoming week from the yearbook staff! We have exciting news--the 2024 MS/HS yearbooks are in!! Students can pick up their order from Mrs. Larga during one of these time options this week: 6th period, 7th period, or after school from 3:30-400.
