Our Kindergarteners put the "L" in legendary today! They zoomed and zipped their way around laps!! And their sweet reward? A lollipop treat!
Big smiles, fast feet, and sticky fingers = a Kindergarten kind of perfect!

The Legacy of Terry Fox Lives On at Sioux Central!
Today, thanks to Mr. Shramm, we walked a mile in honor of Terry Fox, a Canadian legend who, after losing his leg to cancer, set out to run across Canada in the name of cancer research. His “Marathon of Hope” raised awareness and continues to raise funds globally.
Over $800 million has been raised by the Terry Fox Foundation.... and now, Sioux Central is part of that story.
A huge THANK YOU to Larry Smith at PCI (Portage Collegiate Institute) in Manitoba for generously donating these amazing shirts to our class!
We’re proud to support the Terry Fox Foundation and carry his legacy forward

To Our Amazing Teachers, Thank You!
As we wrap up Teacher Appreciation Week, we want to pause and say something loud and clear:
THANK YOU!
Thank you for being the calm in the chaos, the spark in a student’s day, and the steady heartbeat of our school. Whether you're teaching tiny humans their ABCs or guiding teens through algebra and essays, you show up EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. with patience, humor, and heart.
You don’t just teach.
You cheer.
You guide.
You notice.
You inspire.
You make this school feel like home.
We know the job isn’t easy. There are long nights, short lunches (if any), and moments when you're holding the weight of the world for your students. But still, you show up. And you give your best. And then some.
So from the bottom of our hearts, thank you. Not just this week. Not just today.
But every single day you choose to make a difference.

SENIOR PRANK 2025: CONFIRMED
If you happened to drive by Sioux Central and thought,
“Did something wild happen over there?", you’re not wrong!
There was no damage, no trouble, just a time-honored tradition carried out with chalk doodles, streamers, creatively rearranged chairs, and a whole lot of senior energy.
It’s all in good fun, and everything is back to normal (mostly).
Class of 2025, you definitely made it memorable. #SiouxCentralRebels #RebelLegends #NoOrdinaryRebels
