Week 7 is already started — just 1.5 weeks to go! The Sioux Central Rebels are pushing hard in agility training and the weight room, and still managing to have some fun along the way. Keep the energy high to end the summer lifts, and stay locked in!

Week 2 is complete, and nearly done with week 3. Our athletes were grinding out core on this humid day. Core is a vital part of your workout, and we strive to uphold that standard even when it's hot and humid.
