Sioux Central Staff and community, We are excited to host the TLC track meet next Tuesday, May 6th. We will be dismissing at 2:00 to accommodate those teams arriving for the track meet and allowing those helping time to get to their respective events. Go Rebels!

Congratulations to Michael Buettner for smashing the school record in discus!
Michael launched a throw of 141' 6", setting a new Sioux Central record!
The previous record? A mighty 140' 4" by Dave Bents, standing tall since 1999.
(That record had a good 26-year run... but all good things must come to an end, right?)
Way to go, Michael! The future is looking STRONG. 🥇

Sioux Central TAG students recently presented their passion projects up at Cutty’s in Spirit Lake on Thursday, April 24th. Students in 3rd-6th grade were able to research a topic that interested them, and share what they learned with other local students. There are over 280 students and 16 area schools attending this two day event this year. Students researched and shared topics about sports, history, farming, planes, mythology, sewing, and family histories to name a few of the projects showcased.
