The Rebel Basketball and Wrestling Cheerleaders will be hosting their LITTLE REBEL CHEER CLINIC on Monday, February 5 from 3:30 - 5:30 pm for TK-5th graders. The performance will be Tuesday night, February 6. Please fill out the form and turn it into your child’s teacher no later than Friday, January 26.

The middle schoolers participated in a mock caucus this week. Students selected six cartoon characters to caucus for. After secret ballots, lots of debate, and final groupings they have selected Batman as their winning candidate. Shrek and Dora the Explorer tied for second place. Students can find all the caucus results in Google Classroom.

Senior Spotlight: Music Edition - Annaliese Bloom has been involved in band and choir at Sioux Central for all 4 years of HS. She has participated in Solo/Ensemble contest and Disney's The Little Mermaid throughout her time here. Annaliese says that music at SC "is a way to escape everything else going on and all the stress that school brings." Her favorite choir music was any of the Christmas music, and her favorite band piece was "How to Train Your Dragon". Her favorite memory from being involved in music is "solo competition my junior year where I sang some solos for the first time."

Our Booster Club will be hosting a youth basketball tournament February 3rd to raise money to support our students in their 7-12 athletic activities.
