The HS wrestling tournament scheduled for tomorrow (1/28/23) in Pocahontas has been cancelled due to the weather forecast.
The varsity girls game with East Sac will now start at 6:15 p.m. due to the JV games before it. Varsity boys to follow. Go Rebels!
Elementary families are invited to an afternoon of dancing and fun before you head home to watch the Super Bowl. The students traveling to Washington, D.C. in April 2024 are hosting the dance as a fundraiser. Any questions please contact Kelly Tate.

The Junior Class will be selling Carnation Valentine's for $5.00 per carnation as a Prom Fundraiser. All flowers will include your choice of Valentine card and will be delivered 8th hour on Valentine's Day. As a relatively new resident to Sioux Rapids, I want to express my deepest appreciation to the Building Trades guys and their Shop teacher for shoveling the snow from my driveway a few minutes ago! As a 60+ woman, I ran out of steam 1/2 way through tackling the job myself. This group of guys deserve a HUGE "Well Done!" for their willing generosity of time. There's a proverb that says "The beauty of young men is their power." They made quick work out of a job that would have taken me the rest of the weekend to finish. Again, Well Done and Thank You!
