The Yearbook staff will have a table set up for conferences next week from 4:00-7:30. Elementary (Preschool-5th grade): The elementary yearbook for the 2023-2024 school year is $10. Stop by the table to sign-up and turn in your cash/check to order. We will also have extra yearbooks from previous years to sell for $10. MS/HS: The MS/HS yearbook for the 2023-2024 school year is $45. Stop by the table to order and pay online via QR code, OR sign-up and turn in your cash/check to order. Sioux Central will offer a pep bus on Friday for students in grades 6-12 for the girls state tournament game, and any other adults that would like to ride. All students will have a free ride and ticket to get into the game that ride the bus. Please sign up by 12:00 on Thursday. Go Rebels!!

Sioux Central will offer a Pep Bus on Friday, March 1st, for the girls state basketball game at 10:00. Students need to be signed up by noon on Thursday, and the bus will leave at 6:15 Friday morning. Go SC!!

Due to many scheduling conflicts that arose around the state basketball tournament, we are rescheduling our HS Pops Concert from Friday, March 1st to THURSDAY, MARCH 7th. The concert will still take place at 7:00pm. This will overlap parent-teacher conferences that will also be taking place. It's a great chance to come early to the concert and have conferences!
We will have a sendoff for our Sioux Central Ladies Basketball Team at 1:30 today! We will be sending them off from the main parking lot at the school, and then they will be heading south on 71. Feel free to send them off with waves, honks, etc. from wherever you can! GO REBELS. GAME TIME 8:30 P.M. TUESDAY NIGHT. Come out and celebrate with the girl's basketball team on Sunday! Take pictures and visit with the girls while enjoying pork loin sandwiches, cheesy hashbrowns, green beans, cookies, and a drink from 5:00-6:30. After the meal there will be a pep rally in the gym to congratulate the team on their great season! Let's fill the gym and show the girls that we're cheering them on as they head to the State Tournament to play Tuesday night!

It's happening!! Sioux Central is hosting its first IE Speech District contest! Students from several area schools and our own are performing today! Come out and see the amazing talent! We only ask that no Rebel wear be worn.
Music Department Senior Spotlight: Jaxsen Payne
Jaxsen has been a member of the choir, band, and jazz band for 4 years. He has also been in 2 musical productions: Legally Blonde as Warner and Disney's The Little Mermaid as Prince Eric. Jaxsen loves music at SC because "I enjoy doing the performances after the weeks of work that goes into them". His favorite choir song was "Country Roads" his junior year and favorite band piece was "Star Wars Heros" his sophomore year. His favorite memory in the music department was going to Adventureland for the music trip. Thank you, Jaxsen!

Saturday, March 16th from 10 am-1 pm Sioux Central Girls Wrestling will be offering a FREE beginners camp for any young lady of our communities in K-8th grade! Come join our growing program! Camp will be run by Sioux Central coaches and high school girls wrestlers!
